We have a $55 application fee per applicant, a $150 administrative fee, a $20 utility setup fee, and a $20 utility deactivation fee prior to move-in. Monthly charges include a $12 insurance fee, a $17 trash fee, and a $5 utility service fee.
Your security deposit is refundable provided your apartment is returned in good condition, with no damages beyond normal wear and tear, and all lease obligations are fulfilled including timely notice of your move-out intent.
